The Justice and Correctional Services ministry say they will appeal the unsuccessful extradition verdict made by United Arab Emirates (UAE) to return the Gupta brothers. However, International law expert Professor André Thomashausen says SA's options are thin since the wanted brothers are alleged to have left Dubai following the conclusion of the extradition hearing.
